If you look at a piping hot bowl of freshly made chili and think, “How can anybody eat that stuff?”, then you should stop reading right now. If, on the other hand, the aroma of simmering browned beef, tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapeƱos and myriad other secret ingredients makes your mouth water with anticipation, then you may have just found the place for you.

You have probably arrived here, because you received an invitation to attend or compete in Silly for Chili 2011. If so, welcome to the party. This site is where we will post contest planning updates, post-event news and photos and recipes from those contestants willing to share.
